4). Material of screw and barrel: 38CrMoAlA, nitrogen quenched which the thickness layer 0.4-0.7mm; Hardness of screw barrel: >940 HV;
5). Adopt Electric Parts (Motor/Inverter/breaker/relay and so on) which is SIEMENS/OMRON/SCHNEIDER. It can keep machine operation stable and improve the extruder’s output
6).Production speed is 6m/min to 15m/min .
