
This line is designed to produce PVC fiber reinforced hose ,the wall of
which is three layes, outer and inner layer are soft PVC hose ,middle
layer is Terylene fiber network, which has good chemical and physical
property .It is mainly used for the transportation of high pressure or
corrosive gas ,and is widely used in the machinery ;coal mine, oil,
chemical,agriculture irrigation ,gas and building.Braiding reinforced
composited tube is three layers structure. The inner and outer layers
are made of Polymer (PE,PVC,PA,PU etc), and the middle layer is mainly
made of fiber braiding reinforced net. This kind of tube is suitable for
the conveying of high pressure gas or liquid. It can be widely used in
the fields of machinery, coal mine, oil, chemical plant, agricultural
irrigation, building, solar water heater, coal gas pot etc.In order to
save the cost of equipment investment, we can adopt one set of extruder
with dies and auxiliary equipments to realize producing braiding
reinforced tube by step-by-step production technology, flow chart as
follow: Stage 1: Inner tube extrusion Inner Material extrusion → Tube die → Cooling → Pulling → inner tube reeling Stage 2: Braiding Inner tube unreeling → Braiding → braided tube reeling Stage 3: Outer tube coated extrusion Braided tube unreeling → Outer Material extrusion → Tube coated die → Cooling → Pulling → final tube reeling
